DWOP Facilitation
Great operations start prior to the first bit going through the rotary table. Allow us to facilitate your planning and DWOP meetings. Bringing the team together prior to the commencement of operations allows for the exchange on knowledge about the well and the rigs capabilities. We will gather any relevant lessons learned and ensure they are implemented to save precious time once the well begins.
KPI Tracking and Improvements
Allow the consultants from our team to track and make recommendations about areas of improvement not only from well to well but trip to trip with our KPI tracking. We have taken the industry standard tracking and improved it to allow us to see where the shortfalls lie, be it with Technical or operational limits or with crew resource management issues. We will work with both the Client and Drilling Contractor to improve operations benefiting the entire operation
Mentoring and Training
With the turnover that has happened in the industry it is more important than ever to ensure the teams we build are on the right track. Allow our members to provide the mentoring and hands on training needed to ensure smooth, safe operations. Limited crewing provided by Drilling contractors limits the ability to spend the needed time and effort with junior members, our team can provide the extra time needed to bring everyone's knowledge to a higher level, while showing Senior crews how to assist in the development of national or local content.
Digital Oilfield Programs
Developed by our team for use in the field. Ask us about our latest software available which allows the entire team from Head office to the field to have up to the minute updates from the well site. Drilling programs and Drilling instructions are created and maintained on our cloud based servers. At the worksite, the latest parameters are input by the crews and are available to be seen by engineers allowing decisions to be made in real time. Any program changes update automatically to everyone using the software, eliminating errors caused by crews working off previous revisions.
